Portfolio Projects Not Allowing Hyperlink on Page

Hi, ver.Version 5.4.2 on WAMP localhost server. Using Jetpack 8.6.1 Portfolios, portfolios seem to work OK even though not online with my site. Let me describe problem: I have a portfolio project with content:

<p>bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb</p>
<p>hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh</p>
<p><a href="https://www.yahoo.com">yahoo</a></p>
<p>bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb</p>

I have a page with content:
[portfolio display_types=false display_tags=false columns=1 showposts=4 orderby=title include_type=test1]

The problem is when I look at it on a browser the link is only text anf course in the generated HTML it’s only text, the hyperlink to Yahoo is only text – no "<a>"…it’s stripped out, no link. What I see in browser:

This only happens with a page content from the shortcode. Is there a fix?
