Portfolio pages won't display – breadcrumb error

    Hello,

    Can anyone help?

    Only my header and footer show up – nothing in the middle.

    Getting this error.

    “Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in <b>/home/content/37/10115437/html/wp-content/themes/wp-creativix/scripts/breadcrumb.php”

  • Dear Kate,

    What page is this happening on? If it is a post – look at the post and see if a category has been chosen. This error can occur in some themes when the category gets unchecked. Let me know.

    It is a portfolio page. They do have categories checked. This happened right after I updated WordPress… but I also did a few other things.
    I can’t seem to make it right again!

    Well Stacy, thank you. It seems that something happened to the category itself. I added a new category and made all of my existing portfolio pages part of it and voilà! All of the page content reappeared!
