Portfolio Pages shows as blog

    I have a slight problem and i don’t know why.

    I have a filterable portfolio added on a portfolio page with the carbon-light theme, but when i click on one of my portfolio items the navigation bar shows im now on the “blog” page and not the “portfolio page”

    On the carbon-light theme demo, when you click the portfolio item it shows that you are still on portfolio page not in the blog section.

    I hope you can understand and it’s a simple fix.

    Hi,

    That is more of a theme related issue. When you create a page and insert the shortcode there that has nothing to do with the top menu.
    Make sure you have created a WordPress menu from Appearance -> Menus. Put your pages there and display it in the header. The menu deals with pages not the content of the pages – shortcode, text, whatever content.
