portfolio not found

    all off a sudden I’m having issue with Portfolio items again. on my home page when you click on any of the maps it says that the page can’t be found. I went in and saved my permalinks in the settings (this worked last time) and cleared my history but this didn’t fix the issue . any help would be appreciated.

    i had the similar issue, problem was solved after clearing my web browser cache.

    Hi @hannahritner My current settings are set to Post name (hopefully that’s what you’re referring to – Settings -> Permalink)

    Hmm, have you tried deactivating your plugins? I would suggest doing that to see if the problem goes away (keep the kadence toolkit plugin active). Let me know if there’s no change.

    @hannahritner ok I did this and it seems that as soon as I reactivate jetpack i get this error again

    What are you using jetpack for? I can’t say we’re huge fans of the plugin… though it still should be compatible.

    I use it for stats and SEO. I also like that when i post it gets shared immediately

    From my understanding Jetpack has a portfolio post feature. You just need to turn this off within the Jetpack settings. Does that get things working for you?
