Portfolio not available in menu editing for some admins

I’ve got a strange problem. There are only two users in my system, both are equal admins. One can see all portfolio and portfolio types when editing Menus, but the other one doesn’t have them, not can add them to menus.
I’m using the latest version of this plugin, rest of the site is pretty much lightweight.
