Portfolio no longer appearing

  • Hi, our Portfolio is no longer appearing on our page. It had been showing fine but now is no longer showing any portfolio posts. See here: https://pgprcreative.com/work/

    We didnt change any settings or permalinks. In the Cr3ativ Portfolio Settings, the ‘Portfolio Single Page Slug Name’ is set to /work/, and the Portfolio Category Slug Name is also /work/

    When I click into a portfolio item (which had been previously posted ok), i can see the Permalink is https://pgprcreative.com/work//postname/ . There are 2 // which does not look right? I have tried changing the ‘Portfolio Single Page Slug Name’ to work/ but this has not changed anything.

    Any ideas what is gone wrong?

    Hi, further update – from reading the instructions on ‘Creating a Portfolio Index Page’ it says: “Select the desired template from the ‘Page Templates’ drop down on the right of the screen (templates are listed above) and click publish (no content is required).”

    On my page attributes i can only see Default/business/contact template page. I should be seeing a ‘template-portfolio3columnfilter.php’ i think?

    I dont know why this has changed? (the template page options are still uploaded in my FTP). As i said this was all working fine until recently. Does updating WordPress to the latest version or any other updates change anything here?

    Please advise, need to get this fixed asap, thanks

    If the theme pushed out an update – it’s possible that they wiped out your page templates you had inside the theme’s root directory.

    You would need to upload the temmplates again if they are not appearing inside the theme’s root directory.
