Portfolio Links Broken "Page Not Found"

Tried to update Jetpack to 3.2 and failed miserably. Created all sorts of problems and crashed the site. Backed up site, uninstalled old version and installed v3.2 via Filezilla. Site now looks normal but all the links to projects are missing and clicking them returns a “Page Not Found” message.
