Portfolio items not showing up on mobile devices

My portfolio items are not showing up when I click on them for the details, the portfolio page is but the detail page is not — I can see these items just fine on Chrome but when I’m on Safari on my phone, it’s just showing a blank page. When I long-touch the blank space, the photo appears and then it loads all of the information fine. But obviously my customers are not going to do this– so how can I fix this and show them the full portfolio item?
I do have these set up as showing the ecommerce/shop item. But I’ve been doing this for a few years without a problem until now.
