Portfolio items not listed

Could you try going to Settings > Permalinks and saving the settings again? That should flush the permalinks in case of posts are showing up.

I’ve already tried this several times, next to lots of other things (deactivated plugins et cetera). Problem is still there, I don’t understand what could possibly be the problem…:-(

Thanks for providing the URL. Upon inspecting the page there seems to be an error coming from the theme, not the plugin, as the code in page source breaks before it could the plugin parts. If you have access to error logs, please check for the error details there.

I also noticed you’re using one of our themes but is very outdated. Could you please consider upgrading your theme copy to the latest version? Either way, since this is not related to plugin but theme, please take this issue to our theme support.

I can’t seem to update the theme, probably because it was a free version back then…

So if I understand correctly, to only way to be able to solve this problem, is to get the latest version of the theme?

That’s true I’m afraid. Since the theme copy is too old, it might not be compatible with the latest version of WordPress or the StagTools plugin.

I want to upgrade the Doctype theme to the latest version, hoping this will solve my problems with the disappearing portfolio items… Where should I purchase it and how do I upgrade the existing (free) theme version? Per FTP?

You can purchase it from ThemeForest, and once you do, so delete the old theme copy and upload the one manually over FTP or under WordPress dashboard. If you have any further questions, please create a ticket at our premium support.

Fuck…I got redirected wrongly on the themeforest site and I didn’t pay attention…I paid for ‘Forest’ theme…I need Doctype…:-(
