Yes, a default Client Portal comes with the free Jetpack CRM plugin. When you install and activate the plugin, it will automatically create a Client Portal page with the [jetpackcrm_clientportal] shortcode.

You mentioned when a login is tried, the page just refreshes. Could you please try ruling out any plugin conflict? Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack CRM to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.

There is only login option on portal page how can I add registration option.

As soon as a contact is added to your CRM (either using a contact form or adding them manually), the Client Portal will store a link between a CRM contact and a WordPress user. You can choose whether you want Jetpack CRM to automatically create your WordPress users for you, or these can be created manually when editing a specific contact.
