    Hi!

I tried to setup a FTP backup with passive connection + SSL, and I get this error.
The hosting company says I must specify a certain port to open in firewall, as they can’t open the whole range on a shared server.
Please, is there a specific port this plugin is using?
    Thanks!

    Hello @alergic
FTP Passtive has a random IP and port from your FTP server, so that not possible.
I would suggest you switch to the default FTP Active mode instead, the client will directly ask which port and IP your server should be open to allow the transfer.
And the hoster will be able to open these ports.
    I hope it could help!
