Port 80 : Connection refused

  • I copied the site I’d like to clone (the theme is old so i’m worried about updating wordpress)

    when I was doing the restore from url on the new site, I got the following error message:

    “The plugin encountered an error while downloading the zip file,the following error message was returned:
    Error Message : Failed to connect to https://www.[MYURLHERE].org port 80: Connection refused”

    I wrote to the client’s webhost, but thought this might be a better forum (hah!) for help. I sincerely appreciate any help or suggestions; this is for a non-profit who wants to see how different themes would look on their site before they switch to one.
