Popups suddenly stopped working

    Hi Friends,

    I rely heavily on your popups plugin to run the functions on my website, and I’ve recently discovered that clicking the buttons that activate the popups does not work. I thought it was just a problem on mobile, but my desktop popups are no longer working either.

    If it helps you, I can’t even preview popups from the admin side. When I click “preview,” it opens my home page but no popup appears.

    Could you please help me? Thank you so much!

    (Update: I found the plugin that’s causing the problems and deactivated it. All the popups are now working. I wonder if you might know of a workaround, since I like that plugin too, but it’s not essential like yours. Happy to communicate with you about it offline if there’s a solution).

    You’re welcome to send us more information about the other plugin that caused issues with your popups by sending us a message via Support Request – Popup Maker.

    It’s also worth to reach out to that plugin’s support team as well in case they have ideas why the issue occured.

    Thank you for your speedy reply, @kimmyx, and thank you for your incredible plugin!

    I deleted the other plugin because it was causing issues with some of my other plugins as well. I don’t think the author has a support team, but I will let her know what happened so perhaps it can be resolved.
