Popups: Show On Devices Advanced Rules Not Working On Desktop

    My popups that have a Advanced Rules setting of ‘Show On Devices: Desktop’ have suddenly stopped working. The popup is not showing on desktop and only appears if the Show On Devices setting is disabled. But this is no good as I only want it to show on desktop.

    Also, regardless of which option is chosen (Desktop or Mobile), the popup ALWAYS shows on Mobile.
