Popups on other pages not working

I have a pop up on my homepage which is set up to show on all my pages apart from 2. Those 2 pages have their own separate pop ups. However, when users visit the home page and subscribe to that popup, the (separate) pop ups on the other pages don’t appear.

These are three seperate pop-ups that sign users up to 3 different newsletters, so ideally I’d like for all of them to be displayed regardless of whether the one on the homepage has already been subscribed to or not. I hope that makes sense. Any help would be much appreciated.
