    Dear jimsugel,
    Thank you for contacting us.

    Hi,

Thanks for your quick response. It does work now on mobile but perhaps you can clarify how the parameters work. It seems now that to have it look good on mobile I have to make the width wider than I would like on desktop. If I make the width like 50% it looks very narrow on mobile, but at 80% to look good on mobile it looks a bit wide on desktop. The settings I’m using now are below. You can check if you want – the 1st 2 rows of the images on the page for the link above are active with the new percentages.

    Width: 80%
    Height: 90%
    Max width:
    Max height:
    Initial width:
    Initial height:

    1) Can you explain briefly what each of these settings does and how they inter-relate?
    2) Is there a way to make the desktop popup a different % size than mobile? Or somehow get the popup to fill most of the screen on mobile, while filling a smaller amount of the screen on desktop?

    Thanks!
    Jim

    Dear Jim,
    You can try do so:
Set width and height in percent(%) and then set Max width and Max height in pixels (px).
When the screen is too wide, Max width option will work and it will prevent showing popup large.

    Width: 80%
    Height: 90%
    Max width: 640px;
    Max height: 480px;

width – total width. This includes borders and buttons. Example: “100%”, “500px”, or 500
height – total height. This includes borders and buttons. Example: “100%”, “500px”, or 500
initialWidth – initial width, prior to any content being loaded.
initialHeight – initial height, prior to any content being loaded.
maxWidth – maximum width for loaded content. Example: “100%”, 500, “500px”
maxHeight – maximum height for loaded content. Example: “100%”, 500, “500px”

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

This works well for mobile now, thanks! A couple additional questions:

    1) On the page in question:

    https://dev.oceanfrontrecovery.com/our-staff/

the page gets stuck in the area of the popups, especially after opening and closing one of the popups, and will not scroll completely or properly for a few seconds. This appears to only happen in Firefox, and not Safari or Chrome. It doesn’t happen on the production site without the popup plugin:

    https://www.oceanfrontrecovery.com/our-staff/

    2) Is there a way to have the popup be borderless/frameless? I’m happy to purchase the Pro version if it has this functionality. My client wants it without a border.

    Thanks,
    Jim

    Dear Jim,
    1) We have noticed that you are using BWP minify plugin and after minifying our core scripts there are some javascript errors which affects on our plugin.
We are already working to solve this issue and that’s will be available in our upcoming updates.
For now you can try to disable minifying for plugin core scripts and this should fix the problem.

    2) We provide 5 themes and as I remember the second one is meet your condition you can check it.

    Best Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

Thanks for your quick responses! For #2 though, it does not seem to be the case. Some of the themes appear to load the same, and there is no borderless theme. On my page above, I now have all 5 in effect as follows:

    Robert Hillis – Theme 1
    JP Kovacs – Theme 2
    Wes Walker- Theme 3
Dr. Ed Kaufman – Theme 4
    Jacqueline Hoagland – Theme 5

Is there a way to get a borderless theme?

    Thanks!
    Jim

    Dear Jim,
Please check our site we have added all 5 themes https://wpsite.sygnoos.com/sygnoos-popups/
Currently there are no option to remove the borders.

    Best Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.
