Popups Not Opening

I am still experiencing problems with my popups not working correctly after the WordPress update 4.5.2. I have contacted the theme developer (Elated Moose) and they said the problem does not appear on their end. I have cleared the browser cache multiple times and tried different browsers and the problem still exists. The strange parts is there are times when the popups work and times they do not. I have read through several of the forums and still cannot resolve the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a link to the page I am using popups: nwcog.org

I have popup triggers for the ‘More Bio’ link at the bottom of each team member and in the ‘envelope’ scroll over.
