Popups not displaying on click

    Hi @surajcdry,

    I hope you are doing good, and thank you for reaching out to us.

    I imported the pop-up on a test site and confirmed it’s working fine without any issues.

    On further checking, I noticed a couple of javascript errors in the browser console for the mentioned site. It looks like jQuery is called after the pop-up scripts are initialised. Do you have any performance plugins configured on this site?

    Can you please try a conflict test and see if a plugin is conflicting and causing the issue?

    Hello @wpmudevsupport14 !

    Yes, I am using W3 Total Cache. I troubleshoot the issue and found that the popup was being blocked by minify’s non-blocking using “defer” setting. After I changed it back to default, the popup is working again.

    The issue is resolved.
