Beautiful plugin! I’ll definitely buy some extensions assuming we can get autoclose and the other close options to work. Currently the only way to close the popup is by clicking the X in the upper right, although I have all of the close methods enabled.

I have two sites I installed it on – https://rcvfor.co (entire site) and https://www.whatsthatbug.com/2016/05/24/bumble-nest-bird-house (I wanted it make sure it works on this site before I go site-wide with it).

whatsthatbug.com has a lot of plugins and custom code, but RCVfor.CO is fairly basic. I am running nginx and php7.

Sorry you’re having difficulties, I’m sure we can this resolved.

Would you mind providing how to trigger the popup in question? Also, provide the popup ID # found in the All Popups Screen in the WordPress Admin.

    Thank you for being patient.

    For the whatsthatbug.com link, popmake-87210, I have:
    Type Cookie Settings
    Auto Open pum-87210 Delay: 3000

    For rcvfor.co, popmake-54, I have:
    Type Cookie Settings
    Auto Open add_new Delay: 5000
I disabled the popups globally on rcvfor.co, but have it live on https://rcvfor.co/pu-test

Please let me know what other info I can provide. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me. Are you still having any issues? It appears to be working as intended now.

Perhaps it was just a caching issue?
