After update to 1.7.2 (from 1.6.6) I had to reset a lot of settings – now the popup works, but only when I am logged in – also had to change the theme from default to LightBox.

    I tried

    • Cleared all caches
    • Set the settings to no caching for the popup
    • Set the WP-Rocket to ‘never cache this page

also tried to revert to last working version…
Now the Popup just displays at the very end of the page – even below the footer.

What can I do to get back to the working version? Ideas?

Popup works again after I added exceptions for both: /pum/pum-site-scripts-5.js and /pum/pum-site-styles-5.css in WP-Rocket static files setting.

This was not necessary in preceding versions of Popup Maker

@and_or – Shouldn’t be neccessary in this one either unless they don’t do it automatically for files in the /wp-content/uploads folder. Otherwise we load the file the same way we did before, just from another folder.

Glad you got it worked out.

Maybe there is a difference because this is a MU install?

I had the same issue, the pop up contents would appear at the bottom of the page. After changing the theme from my current theme (enterprise blue) to any other theme, it fixed the issue. I changed the theme back to enterprise blue and everything is working now.
