    Folks,

I use this plugin in several projects here at the company, only this one presented this problem.
I use the same setting for everyone, changing only the images.
When accessing the site without being logged in, the popup simply does not appear, the funniest thing is that it works perfectly for logged in users.

Looking at the source code of the page for users not logged in, the structure of the plugin is not even added, something that already happens in logged users.

In the popup settings, I added to display on all pages, a specific page or post, but nothing makes it work for disconnected users, can you help me?

PS: this also happens with the shortcode.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you for the detailed information.
Can you, please, clear cahe of the cache plugin you’re using and see how it goes?

    Hey @sygnoossupportteam ,
Initially I thought it could be the cache, but it is not. The site is working without any cache … ??

    Dear @wmosquini ,

Thanks for getting back to us.
Could you please tell us whether you’re using an extension? If so, please, contact us via Live Chat.

If you’re not using any extension, please, send a screenshot from the popup settings (Display Rules, Opening Events, etc.) via Live Chat.
Since the issue may be specific to your account, it would be preferable to continue the communication via Live Chat directly.

    Thank you.

    Dear @wmosquini ,

    How are you today?
Just wondering whether you saw our previous message.
Please, let us know if you still need help with this issue.

    Hi, sorry for the delay.

I use ADBlock, but the site is configured not to be blocked.
PS: I did the test in other browsers without the extension and in an anonymous guide.

Follow the printout of the settings: https://uploaddeimagens.com.br/imagens/ryJZm4E

In the case of chat, can you give me the access link?

    Dear @wmosquini ,

Thank you for the clarification and the screenshot.

This seems to be a rather strange issue.
Please, send another screenshot to us showing the other popup options.
Also, please, send the system info file to us.
You can retrieve the file as shown in the following article.

    Retrieve the “System Information” file

You can send it to [email protected] and mention this forum thread there in case you wish to send the system info file by email.

    Hi @sygnoossupportteam ,

    Thanks for the feedback.

For better viewing, I recorded a video in the Loom of the plugin screens, view it here: https://www.loom.com/share/400c8b9490cd450b922e3a8e0d26aff1

As for the system information, I chose to send it via e-mail, it had a lot of internal information, I didn’t think it was safe to expose it in public.

    Dear @wmosquini ,

Thank you for sending both the log and the video.

We will carefully check the case and get back to you via email to avoid any miscommunication.
