Cool. thank you. Thought that’s why it’s not working for me. I’ve set it up on one page to test but getting no popup.
Do you know if it works with Windows10 or maybe it’s blocked?

You have jQuery errors on that page. Tell your developer to use wordpress latest jQuery version in the theme as it seems is not being loaded.
