Popupmaker and DiVi

    On the landingspage of https://dogstartattoos.com/ I made a popup together with DiVi but the popup will not appear on the page. When I am working in edit mode and look at the example it works fine and if I look in the live version it is disappeared.
    Any ideas?

    We checked the page you linked but don’t see any popups from Popup Maker being loaded.

    Are the popups currently enabled?

    Hi Kim, I am sorry, a little bit late to reply.
    Problem is that the latest Popupmaker not worked with the latest DiVi.
    I assume that the problem is that DiVi has its own ‘popupmaker’. That this is the reason why its not working, I could be wrong but I don’t have an other explenation.

    Thank you for your reply.

    We made a test using Popup Maker v1.17.0 and Divi v4.19.1.

    We did not see any issues. Here’s how we tested the popup on a page created with Divi:

    Can you check the Divi theme options, and ensure popups are enabled on the settings?

    Lastly, please ensure the targeting settings doesn’t have a negative condition.

    Hi Bel,
    I’m sorry I know I’m late, but I was very busy and still am.
    I shall try to replicate the issue on another website with other plugins maybe there is a plugin wich is the problem.
    I let you know what I found.
