PopupBuilder stopped working

    All was working perfectly, I deleted the free plugin so I only had the Pro version installed and active. I have now lost my popuops and when I try create a news video one from a youtube link it tells me the “Our Video popup supports the following video streams: YouTube, Vimeo & Daily Motion. If your video format is different, you can use any other plugin that supports your video format, and use its shortcode in our Shortcode popup.”

    But its a youtube url. When I look at the popup it has deleted the URL and its blank again?

    Seems you haven’t unchecked the “Delete popup data” option before deleting your Free version and changing to PRO.
    That’s why you have lost all your popups. ??

    Please, provide the YouTube URL you’re trying to use in the popup so we can check on our side.
