    In all my clients of using Popup Maker maker I’ve never experienced this problem.
    I do think it started happening after WordPress updated to 5.6.

    URL: https://capitalcotillion.com/

    If I target the home page for the popup, nothing appears.

    If I select no target, in effect loading it on every page of the site, the popup indeed appears on every page of the website, *except* the home page.

    I went back and reactivated old popups that had always worked fine on the home page of the site, and they too will no longer appear on the home page.

    I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this, but it tells me that something has changed recently that is no longer working.

    Thank you for helping me troubleshoot.

    Hi @dlmweb

    Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for the delayed response.

    I have checked the home page and saw that two popups are rendering on the page. Is this correct? Could you please tell us which popup would display on the home page? Is it the popup #1369 or #1293?

    If the two popups should display at the same time, kindly refer to this link to display multiple popups. Please see it here.

    Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin.

    Oh geez, I didn’t realize I had two popups running.
    That has been corrected and only popup #1369 is activated.

    Here are the results –
    The Popup works as expected on all pages, EXCEPT the home page.

    I have turned on the Debug and I can this error (which is consistent with the error in the Console):
    DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://capitalcotillion.com/wp-content/uploads/pum/pum-site.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

    What to do next?
    Thanks for your help,
    Danna

    Hi @dlmweb

    Thank you for your reply.

    The map file is generated as a source file, files written in the preprocessor. This is in order for the live debugging to the source files from the web browser. This will not affect the functionality of the plugin.

    I rechecked the popup, and it seems it is working properly as seen here https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLu0PxDG
    I then retest the popup by reloading the page, and the popup did not display. Something is conflicting on the popup. With this, could you please add this custom CSS under your Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .pum-overlay.pum-active,
    .pum-overlay.pum-active .popmake.active {
        opacity: 1 !important;
        display: block !important
    }

    Hello Bel,
    Thanks so much, that did seem to remedy the issue.

    So odd, as I have lots clients with popups, all using similar themes and plugins, and only this one is behaving oddly.

    Thank you for the support. Love your plugin!
