Popup worked once and hasn't worked since.

I have the plugin setup for popup and untoggled all of the view options so that I could view the popup a few different times. I had my friends attempt to view the web page from various different devices in various browsers. I cleared the cache, etc..

The popup showed once for me and hasn’t appeared since..
Any Ideas?
