Popup Won’t Scroll

    My contact form popup opens correctly when I click the <Get Started> button. But when I try to scroll down the contact form it won’t scroll. Instead the page behind the popup scrolls up and down. Issue occurs on Windows 10 desktop, iPhone 6s, Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge. I’m using Divi Theme Visual Builder.
    This behavior just started. Previously, the popup was working fine.
