Hi Jasmine, I’m sorry for not answering sooner.

The plugin is installed in a WP Engine’s multisite environment, so there is a lot of other plugins and changes that may have been installed for other websites.
In this especific website we only have few plugins activated:

Better Search Replace, Converter for Media, Duplicate Page, Genesis Blocks, Genesis Custom Blocks Pro, Indeed My Testimonials, Popup Box, User Role Editor, WordPress Importer, WP File Manager, WP Mail SMTP, WPCode Lite and WPForms.

But there are other plugins installed which are not activated in this specific website.

Our development team checked the issue and noticed that there is a JavaScript error in the console, which is coming from your theme.
See the screenshot below:

This could be one of the reasons for the problem.
Please check with your theme’s support team and ask them to fix it.

We also noticed that the popup, which should open on click, uses the .popupmodal-contact selector for the element, but when we checked your homepage, we couldn’t find that element.

Could you please check this as well?
