Popup won’t deactivate

    Hi,
    We needed a popup for a few days last week. Today, I disabled it because we no longer need it, but it keeps showing up to all visitors.

    This popup is showing up even with the plugin deactivated. Could you please help me understand why this is hapening?

    We don’t have any cache plugin either…

    Sorry, it had nothing to do with the plugin and it’s solved.

    @factorchem: if I may ask: I have the same problem. Popup deactivated in the backend, plugin deactivated – popup still showing in the frontend. What was the solution that helped you with this issue?
