    Hello,

    This is a really nice plugin, I like this.

    I am creating a popup with custom content, I have set it up all, but still have a little problem with it. When it is set to automatic it works fine, but I need the pop to be controlled by the user. I tried to set it up manually using the shortcode, using even the same default text, but for some reason, it did not work.

    On the other hand, I need to use it somewhere else. I am using “WBakery Page Builder”, within the page I am using “Interactive Banner 2” and need to put the popup over the banner I tried setting up an ID to be used with the popup, but did not work for me, so I do appreciate if you guide me of how to set up such a popup with the interactive banner 2, so that the popup would open on click of the banner image. If for any reason it may not work, then a simple image to be clicked will do.

    Hi,

    Just to update you with this, I have worked it out using an image. Still using interactive banner 2 not working, actually I tried using the popup shortcode and inserted the interactive banner 2 code, on the page it showed the code for the interactive banner 2, when it is clicked the popup opens, but the problem now is that the interactive banner 2 is not rendering inside the popup shortcode.

    Is there a quick fix for this to make it work.

    If you provide me with a code to update the plugin, I can do so, just guide me with it.

    I apologize for the late reply! The interactive Banner add-on is a premium add-on and I am afraid we can’t provide commercial product support in these forums.
