PopUp with CF7 in reserved area

    I purchased a pro version of popup builder.
    I inserted a cf7 form in my popup to accept privacy. In the form I inserted a hidden email field, and then the acceptance field. The popup must appear after the user has logged into the reserved area for the first time.
    I set visibility 1 time, on all pages. And when the user acept the privacy the popup closed

    How do I ensure that, if the user does not accept privacy, the popup also appears the second time they log in?
