Popup window disappears and doesn’t connect to Facebook

    Hi. I’ve seen that there’s been a few posts on this already, but none of them actually had a solution.

    As per the title, when I go to connect, and the popup window appears, after clicking Continue As…, the popup window disappears and then…nothing.

    As per the suggestions on the other posts, I have tried:
    1. Using the browser with enabled All Cookies for third-party sites;
    2. Testing the connection process in Chrome, Chrome Incognito mode, and Edge
    3. I deleted the ‘WidgetPack’ integration in Facebook re-connected after
    4. I connected the FB page and yes, I have admin rights to it.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Hi @barretd,

    First of all, could you send the debug information from the plugin to support[at]richplugins.com?

    Also, could you check, are you logging through your personal FB account with the admin permission or via business page/account?
