Hello. I’ve set up visibility conditions to hide the popup on chosen pages. But the popup still shows up everywhere. I’ve cleared cache, still no good.
I’m trying to hide it on the following pages:
    priorita.ru/wiki
    priorita.ru/education
    priorita.ru/education/webinars
    priorita.ru/educationevents
    priorita.ru/cart
    priorita.ru/e-dnevnik
    etc

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lextrif

    I hope you’re well today!

Could you please take a screenshot of your current visibility settings for the popup (showing all the rules there) and share it with us?

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hello.
The first screenshot – settings to show the popup only on the home page: https://yadi.sk/i/rp0PUd1sAnD7aw
An the second screenshot – to hide the popup when seen once: https://yadi.sk/i/CJuKhIXqi8jXFA
    None of them works

    Hi @lextrif,

The settings seem to be in order, I did notice on your site that you have 2 popups firing on home page, but only one on the other pages that you have listed previously.
Can you tell us which of these popups are having issues, or both of them are not working as intended?

Could you go to Hustle > Pop-ups panel, click on Gear icon next to your popup and export them from there.
Upload the export files to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here so we can check them out further on our end.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Hello @lextrif ,

The reason why the conditions were not working correctly is that they were put in two separate sets of conditions. So the second one overwrote the first one. You would need to put it in the same set, like that:
