Tried re-uploading all the files and folders and still nothing. Where can I start to diagnose the problem? it shows up for a split second away from the pin on the map in the top left corner of the map and quickly disappears before you can read what it said.

can anyone give me an idea of how to fix this? users are messaging us that it doesnt work gonna replace with with the other event plugin

There are no known issues with the tooltip, so I’m limited as to what I can recommend.

You may want to check the browser console for javascript errors. Otherwise, it could be a theme/plugin incompatibility in which case disabling other plug-ins/themes temporarily and reactivating them one-by-one will help identify the conflict.

facebook comments

cubell themes functionality
buddypress (i suspect its this cause i cant disable it to test)
akismet

any known issues with any of these?

Those are just warnings – and wouldn’t affect the functioning of the maps.

With regards to the plug-in listed, there are no known compatibility issues with those. Have you tried the theme?

the theme is valenti but it wont work with my old theme either. but this theme installed some of those plugins. and it was after they along with the theme got installed that it stopped working.

(forgot: also have yoast plugin)
