Popup times out

    Hello,

    I’m trying to create a popup that pops up when a specific trigger is clicked while also downloading a file and sets a cookie so that it won’t reopen on subsequent clicks. That part is working fine.

    However, I would like this popup to stay open until the user presses the close button or escape but it times out and self-closes fairly quickly.

    I cannot see in the settings anywhere I have it set up to automatically time out. What could be causing this?
