Popup that appears sticky without darkening the page content

Hello everyone, I’m trying to recreate a popup with the Elementor Popup Builder that behaves like the one on this page: https://www.more-fire.com/

It fades in subtly at the bottom right after a scroll depth of about 2/3 has been reached. I can manage it purely in terms of the conditions. I’m just wondering: How do I get the popup to work so that I can move further down the page without the popup taking up the entire stage and darkening the page content?

My goal is to be able to move further down the page and the popup just fades in at some point and runs with it from then on. Is there a suitable video tutorial to illustrate this?
