I have a fairly large popup. In the laptop version there is no text overflow at all.

However when I open it in mobile, the text at the bottom of the popup goes outside the popup window.

The popup settings are Custom size with 95% width and height and a scrollbar. This was the only option I found where the mobile popup would actually scroll since all the content couldn’t fit in the window. Fixed position is NOT checked either.

@ballmouse – In that case I would recommend trying the responsive sizes instead. Use the largest of them. They are made to work with content of any length, unlike custom sizes which are for very specific setups.

    Hope that helps.

The largest responsive size is X-Large (95%) which causes an issue when I try to read the popup in mobile since it will not scroll to see all the popup content.

@ballmouse – Then something else is going on. By default all responsive sizes will scroll on mobile. Do you have fixed position enabled or the location set to Middle Center? Disable fixed and set position to Top Center.

    Hope that helps.

It was because the position was set to Middle Center. Setting it to Top Center fixed the problem.

    Thank you!

@ballmouse – Awesome, yea there are some caveats to certain settings, hard to make that obvious.

Glad you got it working. Please take a moment to click that it Works and to rate and review the plugin or support.
