Popup template appears on my Home page with inactive plugin

    I created 2 popup files using the Popup by Supsystic plugin but then deleted them. After that one of the “common” templates I had used before became live on my site on the Home page https://www.casatihomecomfort.com – it still keeps popping up.

    Then I deleted the plugin and still the popup template comes up on my home page without an active plugin!

    HELP!

    I found an old support post from 1 year ago…Could this issue be caused by the plugin that I also have installed, WP Super Cache? If yes, then what would I have to do to the settings?
