    Hi,

Thank you for opening a topic. I looked at your website and it seems like the required code in the footer loads properly, but the javascript to invoke the lightbox does not. I also noticed that you are using cloudfront or somesort of other minification plugin? This might be causing problems (or at least it makes it hard for me to debug the issue).

These types of plugins often require manually adjustment, inclusion or exclusion of specific pluginst to work properly. You might want to try and disable these kinds of plugins.

    Best regards,
    Friso

    Hi,
I had ‘autoptimize’ installed as a minification plugin and I deactivated it. But there’s no luck still.
    Any other suggestions?
    a Million thanks.

The most recent plugins I installed are ‘Poll, Quiz & List by OpinionStage’ and ‘Qzzr Shortcode Plugin’ by the way.

This is the error i’m getting:
    https://screencast.com/t/jn3j42fA.

Seems like jquery is loaded after the plugin. You can also try to use the option to minify the plugin only (not inline). This way it gets minimized with autooptimize. Make sure that you clear your cookies when checking if it works

excluding jquery.js could help as well, if error is “jquery is not defined”.

    frank
