Popup subsription

  • Hi team,

    cangrat for your amazing plugin !!

    I have 2 little problems.
    I put the code of a popup subscription which open when we open the site (on Homepage).
    – The problem is when user complete the subscription they click button, just after this action the popup subscription re open automatically.
    – When user is on the website and comeback to the Homepage, I would like this popup do not come back again.

    Colud you help me please to fix this pb ?

  • Hi Jidy,

    Check the option “Once CTA is clicked, do NOT show this campaign again for – Never” under Display Rules > Retargeting.
    This will not show the popup again to the users who clicked the button.

    It seems your page is refreshing after form submission and may be that is reopening the popup. The above solution might solve this issue.
    Please provide the URL of the page to confirm this.

    If you want to close the popup after submission, you need advance CTA actions available in Icegram Engage Pro plan.
