Popup Styles, position, etc are not changing on mobile

    On desktop the popup looks great. On mobile, none of the changes I’ve made to the style of the theme or the position or size are changing. I’ve removed and cleared all caching plugins. I’ve even clicked to disable on mobile in the settings. What gives?

    Hi @danielcpalmer – apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    I viewed the page that you are referring to in my actual mobile device (an iPhone XR) and it seems the popup is displaying correctly as the Dekstop view. See screenshots below:

    Now, may I ask, do you use any CDN/Cloudflare to your site? If yes, could you please temporarily disable the cache of Cloudflare or switch it off temporarily and check it again to see if that helps??
