Popup shows on all every page

  • Our newsletter popup shows on every single page, no matter what the user does, and no matter what device and browser they use.

    How do I either make the popup show only once per user?

    OR

    How do I make the popup show only when the user moves their mouse away from the site (sometimes called an exit popup)?
