    Hi there,
i built a popup set to show everywhere on my site, only one time a day.
The problem is that the popup after closing it continue showing in every other page.

I thought it was a cache problem (i use WP Rocket) but the problem shows up anyway, excluding or not the popup from the cache.

What do you suggest to do?
Now the popup is disabled because, showing at every page, was a pain for my users.

    Any support?
We were considering going Pro on next month but if we don’t solve this problem (and more important, we don’t receive any answer by the Support) it will be impossible.

    Hi @marco1995

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for the delayed response. It appears that you have enabled the “Apply option on each page” setting. To resolve this issue, please disable it by following these steps:

    1. Go to Popup Builder > All Popups.
    2. Select the relevant popup and click the Edit button.
    3. Scroll down to Advanced > Popup Showing Limitation.
    4. Uncheck Apply option on each page.

    This should resolve the issue.

If the problem persists, feel free to contact us via our dedicated support forum. You can visit https://help.popup-builder.com/en/, where you’ll find options to chat with us or send an email. Our team is here to assist you and will gladly address any concerns you may have.

    Best regards,

    Hi,
obviously this option was yet left unchecked.

    I wrote on site’s chat.
However, since it is a common problem for many people reading the forum, I think it is important for you to also respond publicly on how to solve the problem.

    Thanks
