Hello @bobray, we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

This issue?can?be caused by a conflict with the current theme or with any of your active plugins. I would suggest you check out this documentation on how to?Test?if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker:?https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/332-test-whether-a-plugin-or-theme-interferes-with-popup-maker?This might help you with your problem.

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly?rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, for us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check out this link:?https://wppopupmaker.com/support/?Thank you.

I have the same issue. The ‘popup settings’ box has the headings shown to the left, but nothing at all is shown in the settings area, to the right. I tried using the health check / troubleshooting plugin, but it returned an error message when I tried to enable (only) the popup maker plugin:

When enabling the plugin, popup-maker, a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.

Latest version of PUM plugin, WP 5.3.2

Hi @marknjones, I’m sorry to hear that.

?I would suggest you re-activate the plugin and when you are on the page with the popup?settings box, see if this guide gives you anything useful to go on:?Checking JavaScript Errors

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly?rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.
