    Hi,
I suddenly have a strange issue on a site where the Popup Settings for a popup don’t show anymore. The Tabs are there (Triggers, Targeting, display, Close, Advanced), but the content and settings within them is just blank.
I’ve cleared caches, even disabled caching all together with no luck. Any ideas?

Hi @maginem, thanks for writing in and sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

I would suggest you re-activate the plugin and when you are on the page with the popup?settings box, see if this guide gives you anything useful to go on:?Checking JavaScript Errors

Hope this helps. If you have further questions or concerns, let us know.

    Thank you!

Hi @mariatogonon, thank you for the feedback.
I did a bit more testing and the issue seems to be with the following plugin: Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer

I get a the following error:

jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2 Uncaught Error: Option ‘multiple’ is not allowed for Select2 when attached to a <select> element.
    at String.<anonymous> (ultimate-woocomposer-backend.min.js?ver=5.8.1:1)
    at Function.each (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2)

    at Function.each (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2)

    at HTMLSelectElement.<anonymous> (admin-general.min.js?ver=1.16.2:1)

When I disable the Addons for Visual Composer plugin, the Popup Maker settings work fine.

    Hi @maginem

    Thank you for getting back!

I’m glad you have found the culprit. Base on the error log, there seems an issue with the javascript of the addon plugin and affects the jQuery of WordPress. Our plugin is built to use WordPress jQuery.

If the jQuery of WordPress is not working, it could affect the popup. I suggest reaching out to the plugin developer as they have a better understanding of how the plugin was coded. Apologies, since the javascript is not a Popup Maker javascript, there isn’t much we can do. We hope for your kind understanding on this matter.

Let us know the response of the plugin developer or if you have any questions.
