I saw that there was a version update but it still didn’t fix the RTL issue and I can’t configure any popup.

The new version says that there are fixes for the UI on multi-site but the issue is still with us.

There were indeed UI fixes on multisites. However, judging from the screenshot yours is a bit different issue.

It is possible that the issue can be a result of the conflict between our plugin and one of the plugins or themes you have.
To figure that out, may we ask you to deactivate all the plugins you have and in case the issue is fixed, by activating the plugins one by one, locating which plugin causes the conflict.
With the same logic, please, try to check the conflict between our plugin and the installed themes.
Please, keep us updated about the results if you do find out what other plugin or theme conflicted with ours.

It can’t be a conflict as before you’ve made the huge UI change (don’t remember in which version) everything worked perfect.
The the huge change on the UI got mismatched.
This is an RTL issue that you don’t support and you need to fix it.
I’ll wait a bit more and if not, will look for other popup plugin as currently I can’t change/add/edit anything.
