Popup Settings bar is gone and there is no Javascript error on website

    Hello,

    Today, all popups created with this plugin have stopped triggering for the set conditions and I went to popup page to see what’s the issue and “Popup Settings” box no longer appears. It says this is may be because page is loading or there is a Javascript issue. I have inspected and there is no Javascript issue on the page.

    Further, no popups (newly created or old ones are triggering at all). Please note that all was working fine few hours ago and no change has been done except the upgradation of PHP version from 7.3 to 7.4

    I have tried everything to best of my knowledge including, disabling and reinstalling the plugin, cleaning every cache (website + browsers), creating new popups etc. In case of conflict, it should display some kind of JS error. Right? But then again, nothing new has been installed today and it has suddenly stopped working.

    I have inspected that the HTML and CSS for the popups load fine but it doesn’t trigger at any page. Can you please have a look at the website attached. Thanks!

    We are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue on your site. I checked the page where the issue is occurring. I saw that there is one popup initializing for the page. It is the popup 2495 – sales-offers-whatsapp. It has trigger Click Open, but I did not see any button or link that I can select to trigger the popup on the content page.

    Could you please point us in the right direction where we can select a button or link to trigger the popup? May we also know if you want to display the popup immediately? If yes, please update the trigger to use Time Delay/ Auto open.

    Thanks a lot for prompt response!

    So yes, the issue is exactly as you defined. Popup 2495 is enabled and it initializes fine but never triggers. As you say, it is set to trigger on Click Open but it was never the case. I have set it to Auto Open from the start and it is set to open immediately as soon as page loads. Something happened yesterday, which has changed these settings.

    And I am now not able to access the “Popup Settings” box on popup page as well. It says there is Javasript issue but I have inspected and there is no Javascript issue on Website.

    So, in summary, popup is initializing just fine but not triggering. That is because the popup settings have automatically changed. And I can no longer access popup settings box on popup page.
