Popup section not working

Bonjour,

I’ve created a new section with custom code module in it. Following the steps of “Popups for Divi”, I’ve enabled “This is a Popup” option in the “Popup” tab.

Problem : on front-end, the section just displays as if there’s no existing popup option. Just displays as a normal section.

I’ve made sure there’s no other setting that could be a problem.
Diiv and theme have both been updated to make sure there’s no problem about this.

We’ve also investigated the JS console, but nothing seems to indicate a problem of a lack of compatibility.
And finally, we’ve also, of course, emptyied cache

We’ve made many searches trying to find someone that encountered the same issues, but we didn’t find anything.
