• I set the “Cookie Expire (days)” to 1. Was the same behavior with -1.
But if I exit the popup it reactivates on each and every site page I visit.

  • If you set to “1” the popup will show every one day. If you are using an incognito window or you clear your browser’s cookies, the popup will show again of course as it is controlled by a cookie.

    Hello,

I did setup with your suggested value but Popup reactivates each time I reload the home page of my site.
    Can you help ?

    Thanks

    UPDATE!
In the Wp Rocket (or other Cache plugin) should add: Never Cache Cookies

    The cookie ID: viewedExitPopupWP
    __________

I have the same problem. I set up the cookie value to 30 day, or 1 day, or -1, the same problem.. The popup will show up every time when I try to “exit” the page.
