Popup pushing shortcode for CRM form to bottom of website

I am inserting the shortcode for my “Your SugarCRM” contact form plugin into the body of popup, yet when I test the popup it is pushing the contact forum to the bottom of the website. Please click the links below to see the images of what is happening.
